This hybrid virtual/ in person training is not just hours of lecture. You will have three in-person opportunities to practice the techniques so you feel confident to facilitate transformative sessions by the end of the 12 weeks.

Along with learning techniques and developing an understanding of how it all works, you will embark on an Inner Odyssey to shatter your own inner glass ceilings, melt away mindset blocks and step into the most authentic, confident version of yourself so you can hold space for others from a place of embodied wisdom and deep self trust.
